Finally I am getting Kelsie's nursery pictures up. She invisioned a fairyland for baby Karly to lounge in and I think it came together pretty well =)...The room was made possible by a lot of family and friends special touches! The sticker faries are of all the girl family members to look over Karly and were created by Kelsie and Amy on the computer. They were made into stickers by one of Kelsie and Ricky's friends, along with the saying "Faith, trust and a little bit of pixie dust!" over the crib.
Kelsie's crib was handed down to her and Ricky from Kellie (Ricky's sister) and the lamp in the corner has been in the family a while and reupholstered many times. It used to be Dalmatians for Amy's baby room and once was Grandma Junes! Mom re-did it in tink-green for Karly!
All the art work in the room, I painted and Ricky airbrushed Karly's name in the center!
Ricky airbrushed the knobs on the dresser,the purple border and the outside of the mirror.
The frames above the closet read the song "Your the end of the rainbow, our pot of gold. Your daddy's little girl to have and hold. A precious gem is what you are, your mommy's bright and shinning star!" Mom used to sing to us girls!
The fairy theme was carried over to the baby shower too! Mom and Kelsie decorated the house just the way Tink would...
Kathy (Kelsie's mother-in-law) never fails to make an awesome cake!
The party favors were made by Kellie and Michelle (Kelsie's sister's-in-law). One was a pixie stick...preztle dipped in chocolate and a star on top, so cute.
The other was tic-tacs with just for Kelsie and Karly...on the back it read,"Times tic-tac away, thanks for sharing our special day!" Too cute!
This is the picture I made for Kelsie...I think you can click on it to enlarge it and then the text will be readable! I framed it for her to put in the baby's room!

to say 'Karly or Baby' she already got three pins and she just walked in!

Tracy, Auntie Sue, and Lisa's gift to Kelsie was a stroller and car seat and...Jenna's
little rocking chair, a handmade blanket from Auntie Sue, Karly's first piggie bank, and a blessing hanger and hat.
Kathy had all her gifts on a clothes line! SO fun!

Kt... thanks for sharing Karly's room and the shower. You understated how much you helped in making the room come to life... you are beyond talented and I thank you so much for helping me with everything in the room. Your paintings, as they always do, came out beautiful. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! and I can't wait for Karly to meet her Aunt Kate!

Your pictures turned out much better than mine:)--haha! All I can say is I LOVE YOU GUYS~~~~and I can't wait to babysit:). I have a feeling I am going to have LOTS of competition. I will have to come up with something creative:). I mean you ALL know that I am NOT competitive AT ALL!
