A Very Sweet 16!

Amy's sweet 16 was a night full of fun and semi surprises and tricks! We had planned to give Amy a car but wanted to make her think that it just wasn't possible right now...so when Auntie Sue and Uncle Bob fixed up her old GO-Cart and wanted to make her think this was her sweet new ride, we figured that would be a cool little trick to play on her... Amy taking some time to smell the roses! She began with a hunt through her gifts... A key chain....hmmmm wonder what that goes to!?! Amy could not enter the garage....wonder what could be in there =)... Her new ride!! Going to be a little bumpy getting to school! As Amy took Ricky for a ride in the back from the dead Go-Cart (it was torn apart by Bruno a couple months earlier) we made a quick switch... They drove up to find Amy's real new car...just re-painted by Ricky and in really good shape thanks to Amy Nermn/Haig taking such good care of it! Amy loved her new car =)

We continued the night eating and having fun taking turns driving the new "3ther".Amy's dinner menu was Mom's halibut fish tacos, beans and rice, Auntie Sue's kidney bean salad and deviled eggs, Tracy's seven layered dip, and a coconut cream cake (that David asked to make but ended up going to a Charger Game instead) so I ended up making this multi-layered/ multi-stepped cake. (Difficult but turned out pretty darn good!) Owie's new found love...FEET! YAY Tracy and Amers! We are girls! Owie is always the cutest entertainment for the night! Sister Friends =) David and Amy!

Getting a bit of a tude now that your 16 =/...just kidding! Jenna girl got to sleep over with us! we had fun painting nails, watching movies and riding in the Go-Cart!
